The apartment/townhomes are good enough for the price we pay. However, it is in much need of upgrades. The refrigerator, AC units and switches, lighting and fixtures, shower and bathroom fixtures, and the pathetic windows and doors. Bozzuto did a better job of managing this place and Tri-Star is terrible. They are rude, inconsiderate, greedy, useless, and the maintenance is terrible. These big dirty guys come in to do repairs and leave dirty stains everywhere, they never clean up behind themselves, they look at you as if you are the reason something is broken, like if the AC stops working the first thing that comes out of their mouth is, did you check this or did you do that. HELLO, IF I KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT, I WOULD NOT HAVE CALLED YOU!!!!!!!!!!! The management comes up with all of the rediculous fees that are so retarded like paying $100 for having DirecTv satellite dishes when under Bozzuto we just had to include it in our renters insurance as a fixture. Then they threatened to pull them out, yet I know for sure all of these people have not paid and they still have satellite. Then fees for rent being 2 days old when the lease CLEARLY states that the rent is considered late if not received by the 5th of the month. So you can't tell me it's late on the 2nd. GET IT TOGETHER. And Jennifer is rude and the entire staff is just lazy.
