I've lived at Holly Station for a little more than a year now. I like my townhome; it's small, but sufficient. Wish there was more storage space. Management used to be nice, when we moved in. Now, they're very rude. They won't answer your question, pretned like they don't understand, and do other tasks while they're talking to you. And now, they tell us we have to pay for water!! I've had my share of issues with mangement, but no real problems with the townhouse itself, so I don't feel like paying moving fees (only reason we re-uped our lease).
