I AGREE!!! NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE, STAY AWAY!! DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!
You are sooo right, They have a open policy with a tow truck company that will tow your car for any reason.
And for the person who said, "During that time, I've been completely satisfied and would highly recommend the community to family and friends." YOU ARE A LIER!!! If you recommend this place to anyone you need you A$$ KICKED.
You must be the Manager.
Holly Tree has the worst case of BED BUGS and has not done any thing about it.
The hallways are always DIRTY!!! Ms.
Davis is very unprofessional.
Someone needs to call the Health Department, Congress and or the Govern.

I agree with you and that is "Ms. Doris Davis" who took Ms. Crowder place 2 years ago, she is not manager material. When Ms. Crowder was the property manager although she did had a nasty attitude, and more likiely still do but she keep things in order. When Ms. Davis came aboard our rent some how dispeared and this never happen when Liza and Ms. Crowder were there. I wonder if Dyawne the maintance man is still there, or she had got rid of him. Brian the other maintance man who was there before Dywane I heard Ms. Davis let him go. And she probably got rid of the secretary who came after Liza. It sad how the property has change when Ms. Davis came on, and it's more likely will still continue to get worse. Oh, I forgot to mention the only thing Ms. Davis is good at and that evicting people.
