We lived in Holly Tree for 3 years. The apartment overall was nice. Some neighbors were nice others loud and rude. The kids do hang out at all the entrances and play in the halls. Holly Station knuckleheads always stealing from your porches and there is a lil crime. Management is awful! We bought out our lease for like $3000 to move early and a few weeks later we're summoned to court for failure to pay 3 months rent!!!are you serious!! we won of course only with receipts I kept. Its too close to a small area full of kids with nothing better to do than start problems. The crime alone should turn you away from entire Holly area. Holly station is known for its shootings!!! And you and your friends do get towed!!Only enough parking per apartment. No overflow parking for visitors.
