I haven't even lived in my apartment for a year yet and I am already giving my 60 day notice 30 days early! They have given me problems since the day I moved in. They knew I was moving in 3 months before I signed my lease and they didn't do the first walk through to see what needed to fixed until the day I came to pick up my keys! That should have been the first red flag. Then my heat and a/c has been giving me problems since the day I moved in. It is over 40 years old and needs to be REPLACED. My electic bill has been between 300 and 450 dollars since I moved in. The property management knows there is an issue with my electical meter and breaker, but they keep putting it off, thus leaving me to file all kinds of complaints. I CAN NOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE! The list goes on and on witht he issues that I have had with this property. There is no need to think you can go above managements head to the corporate office because they will not returned your phone calls and they are located in NC. This has the been the WORST experience. Save your self the head ache and look at another property. The apartment it self is very comfortable (assuming your heat and a/c is working properly) but the management is horrible and it is not worth the stress!

This place ------- sucks. Um how bout my heat is still not fixed and i put in a work order like 60 years ago. And this ugly ass boy in the red avenger needs to slow down. Drugs transaction will do it to u. ANYWAY,and the maintance is sick. They dont do thier job. They need to knock this ----- down and start off fresh. Oh and maybe security entrance would be good,keep the monkeys out. It needs to be like Gallery place.
