	CONS: CATS ROAMING AROUND THE COMPLEX ALL THE TIME SAME WITH KIDS,THEY JUST SIT ON THE STEPS ALL DAY THE DOORS AND HALLWAYS IN THE COMPLEX ARE ALWAYS DIRTY! AND PEOPLE LOCK THE LAUNDRY ROOM PROS: UM JUST THAT YOUR CLOSE TO SHOPPING AND DINNING.
