If you ever have to deal with the office
staff I pity you. The leasing staff that shows you the apartments is great, but once you sign on the dotted line you no longer deal with them you deal with the business office . The woman that answers the phone is "curt" on a good day. Generally she's just rude. Each apartment complex has a separate representative. And I belive they're all instructed to just ignore
people until they go away.

You may notice sections of the parking lot are basically empty. Before you get happy about the extra parking, realize that this is probably the sections of the lot that floods during the rain. And I don't mean a few puddles. Its a standing pond.

The complex isn't well lit after dark. They light either ends of each breeze way, but other than that forget it. I see flood lights
I guess they aren't being turned on.

They claim a 24 hour service number. But after you move in your provided with the phone numbers for police, utilties, etc.
I'm sure SMECO appreciated the hundred calls they got the last time the power went out as opposed to one call from the service center,which is how my old apartment handled the situation.

My neighbors are LOUD. Apparently the only good music is loud music. They have guests that drive up, leave the car runnning with the lights on, then come out and drive away 5 minutes later. They hang out behind the apartment in the dark. You can hear them out there at 1 in the morning.

If I had it to do all over again, I wouldn't move here.
