Very pleased - I read alot of not so great things on here and was a little hesitant, but I went for it anyway. Avoid Fox Chase Apartments - Overpriced apartment. I paid $1120 for a one bedroom. New Forest Apts. Terribly disappointed. The pet owners DON'T pick up after their dogs; the grounds are not kept up and the teenagers are running rampant by throwing rocks and wrecklessly run about. The apartments have poor insulation meaning it's cold in the winter and hot in the summer.
