I have really enjoyed living here for my first renting experience. We are a young couple who have just moved out on our own and I would recommend this place for young people just starting out. Since the day I walked into the leasing office I feel the staff was helpful. I negotiated my rent with them and told them how much we could afford to pay and they worked with me. We couldn't pay what they initially wanted for a 2 bed, 2 bath apt. (Which was $950), because I am still in college and have a fluctuating income and my boyfriend would be paying most of the bills. They worked with us and our rent for the first year was $775, which is a significant difference from before. Also, when we moved in, the apartments were very well cleaned and definitely ready to be moved into. The kitchen is the only thing I really have complaints about because it is out of date. The dishwasher is old along with the stove. When we first moved in we would burn everything we cooked because the oven is old, we realized we had to cook things on a lower temperature then usual to get it just right. The dishwasher runs and works and we have never had any problems with it but its just old and would be nice to have something newer. The maintenance staff are very nice people and are very quick to respond but sometimes you do have to call them more then once to fix the same problem again. They keep the grounds outside very clean and the parking lot outside has just recently been paved. You can hardly hear the neighbors; at least in my apartment complex they are not usually disturbing. There is the occasional get together by people from time to time but it s usually on the weekends, which is no big deal. I feel safe walking to and from my car at night, neighbors are friendly, and there are also a lot of younger kids in the complex for other kids to play with.
