The maintenance here is really horrible. I live here with my daughter and I am trying to get out. When I called maintenance (they only have 2 old men as their maintenance). He came and just covered the holes the rats made and did not exterminate! I asked him if he was going to do anything, can you believe that this man told me "oh well they will just go to another apt"'''' Are you kidding me' This place is cheap for a reason! They do not ever want to spend money on repairs. Please listen to me, this place is the worse! Trust me! I live here, worst mistake I ever made! Honestly the price is not worth it!

I also live at the Apartments at the greens. Have been here over 5 years and I find it a wonderful place to live. They dont have any rats that I am aware of, just the annual migration of field mice. I have had a few mice in my apartment and when called about it, Management sent the maintenance man out immediately to fill in the openings the mice were using for entrances. It is not within the scope of the maintenance men's job or training to perform extermination...that requires a specific license. The Exterminator came out a few days after I called the mice in to treat my apartment and I havent seen any evidence of mice since. The maintenance here is handled by 2 well experienced gentlemen, not old as depicted in this complaint, but in their 50s. They usually have the routine maintenance requests completed and closed within 24 hours. After hours emergency requests are normally completed within a couple of hours of receipt of a call, as long as necessary repair parts are in stock; otherwise, during the next day after parts are procured.

I honestly don't live here, I work at another apartment complex in woodlawn and live in Carroll County, I was just looking around.This is called APARTMENT REVIEWs..that doesn't mean come on here and insult people, especailly the maintance staff who work very hard, no matter which apartments you live in. I have to say, that maintance is NOT responsible for ANY extermination. Them coming in and filling the holes, is what they are suppose to do. Ah, it was nice to reply to a rude comment, since I can't really do it at my job.!
