I have resided at the Middlebrooke Apartments since 3/98. During that time, I have found the entire City Wide Management Company staff to be courteous, helpful, and always willing to go the "extra mile" to accommodate their tenants. From the executive offices where the management sees to it that the residents are provided with safe, well maintained housing, to the maintenance staff, which is always polite, knowledgeable and eager to help in all ways, some of which are certainly not in their job descriptions, to the porters and janitorial staff which work so diligently to keep the grounds and hallways clean and attractive.

My neighbors over the years have always been very nice people. At this time, in my building, we have three ------- American famalies, a Spanish family and an Indian family. The age renage is from the early 20's to the mid 80's and everyone is friendly and neighborly.

I feel fortunate to be living at Middlebrooke Apartments and invite anyone looking for a very nice place to live to come and see us.

The staff of the entire organzation is the worst I have ever experienced.
