I have been living in Middlebrook for almost a year now. They are very nice and the staff is very courteous and helpful. They are willing to go the extra mile. Example, I locked myself out of my apartment on a friday evening, I called the emergency number and the operator was very courteous, they told me that they were going to page the maintenance person, then called me back to let me know that she did so, within 5 minutes the maintenance man called me back to let me know that he was in hampstead and that he would be there in 10 minutes, sure enough 10 minutes later, he was there to unlock my door, and this was at 9:30 at night.
