This place is a complete waste of time and money

If you are moving to the westminster area and have time to research apartments, I recommend that you do so. I moved in to this place as a last minute decision and have regretted it ever since. Every one of the tennants seems to be upset about the quality of service. The office staff is not attentive, and the maintenance staff is undermanned. The appliances are outdated and barely work. The dishwasher doesn't wash the dishes. Everything leaks and creaks. The walls are paper thin. The only person on the staff that seemed to care (Nola) apparently "Retired" though it is suspected that she just got fed up with the shady dealings of the office staff. Of course there is no proof of impropriety (if there were I would be in court in a snap), but there is just enough to keep the law away. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.
