Really ok - not bad but not luxury

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
I have read all the reviews and have to admit I am somewhere in the middle. In my 3 years there I found the staff to be very nice and helpful. Is it a "luxury apartment" -- no, but it is the nicest in Westminster. The washer and dryer were from the 80's and were awful. And trash pick up was a problem, but by the time I left in 2005 it seemed like they were working on it (but they should have scheduled pick up more often...). But, the neighbors were nice and I didn't have any issues with crime. Overall it was ok. If you want to rent an apartment in Westminster, this is your best bet.
