This was the worst place I ever lived. Day one - when I moved into this place, I should have taken that as an omen not to stay. Everything that could have went wrong - did. The place was disgusting. There was hair in the bathroom drains, stains on the carpet, the AC didnt work, holes in the wall, paint on the doorknobs, the balcony railing was falling off. It almost looked as though they had not even cleaned the place since the last tenant moved out. As we lived there throughout the course of the year, one thing after another went wrong. Appliances didnt work, the AC broke in the middle of summer - twice, we had floods from the toilet and shower leaking, the refridgerator broke...I will run out of room if I write down everything, but you get the point. The management staff was aweful - they never want to take responsibility for anything that goes wrong. They wanted to fix everything AFTER we were moving out - why the hell would I stay in that place after everything that was wrong with it' Then, they did roofing construction, and nails were all over the parking lot...needless to say, I got a roofing screw in my tire TWICE, and had to get a new tire - on 2 cars. Do yourself a HUGE favor and dont move into this place.
