The claim of luxury apartment is a stretch. The poor noise rating I gave is not because of bad neighbors but terrible noise insulation. The nearby highway is the majority of noise with constant truck traffic and engine braking all the time. We can also frequently hear floorboards creaking when neighbors are walking around upstairs.

Maintenance is quick to respond initially but may require significant time to complete repairs. The cheap fix is tried before the correct fix but that is expected really.

Management seems interested in improvements and has done a couple major things since we moved in.

Our appliances are old and I am fairly certain ours date back to the 80's when it was built. Refrigerator is not frost free.
