Lots of Noise

The insulation between the floors and walls must not exist. You can even hear the person above you use the toliet. I would not call these luxury apartments, kitchen amenities were less than adequate. My dishwasher did not clean my dishes it even flooded my kitchen and they would not replace it. My Dryer would over heat and not restart till it cooled down but again they would not replace it. I had several water leaks from the bathroom above me that ruined the ceiling in my bathroom, never fixed correctly. Parking was always an issue.
