thease appartments arent a good place to live at all.they pay for water and a portion of the heat. they lied and said i wouldnt get a heat bill except in the coldest months and i have gotton a 50 doller bill already. the maintnence staff walks into your appartment whenever they want and things get moved around. they leave no notice that they were in your home and dont always lock your front door. the floors are so old it is impossible to walk quietly and the people above me drive me insain. they sent me 3 letters of complaint thretening to evict me for having a few boxes in my second bedroom. they dont allow any boxes in your appartment (at all). the dumpster is next to my window so it smells and i get woken up at 6 am by the trash people slaming it to the ground. they mow the lawn every wensday at 7 am so if you dont work wensday it gets old really fast. i am finding a new place to live asap.
