I'm not sure that I agree with some of the people that posted on here. I lived here from September 2008 to April 2009. I was a senior in college, and it worked great for my purposes! People were generally very quiet, it's an older community. Maintenance always came whenever I needed them. I had them fix a few locks, like on my front door and my bathroom door. Whatever I needed, they fixed for me. The only thing I didn't like was the way my bathtub drained. It constantly had a draining issue, and they attempted to fix it, but that was kind of a hassle. Other than that, the apartments weren't bad. No dishwasher, but the included utilities made it worth it for me!
The staff was really nice to me. The only thing I have to complain about for the whole renting experience was that my roommate bailed out on me within the first month, so I was stuck with a two bedroom apartment for just one person and it was a little pricey! They do month to month leases though, so that is helpful as well. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
