i have been in many apartments and this was the worse apartment i have ever lived in! Everything was falling apart after moving in with in the first 3 months. The maintence team was a joke! I had asked them to replace my front door 5 times, and it was never done! the windows let in a horrible draft in the winter time.
My neighbors werent nice at all, we had issues with our upstairs neighbor and wrote formal letters to the office and they did nothing. we called the cops on him several times and gave the office the report # and still didnt do anything about it.
one day he had passed out in his tub, flooded our apartment and our ceiling fell in.
To this day that person still lives there.
this is the WORSE place to live! the price is way too much! i lived in a one bedroom apartment for 800$ a month. The leasing office doesnt care at all for any concerns you have about anything.
the noise at night is insane there. you can hear everything! people fighting, yelling, people talking calmly in there apartment!
Do not live here!!!
