I've seen better, but few worse!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
Children run the property with NO supervision. Trash pick up (on the grounds) has stopped. The management is not responsive and usually non-existent to boot. This is our sixth Manager in two years and the maintenance has gone down severely! There is no feeling that tenants matter.
