Badly Overpriced, Outrageous Utility Bills From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/12/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Live here if you want to give all of your money to Archstone. Rent is expensive enough, the utilities are even higher since the building's poor construction allows the heat and air conditioning to escape. Probably the worst place for your money in the DC area.
