Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Wow, talk about ridiculously high rent rates....this place is just off the chain. As some others had mentioned, the utility bills were definitely up there as well. Try just about any other apartment complex in the area and you will find a better deal. I'm not sure about the management everyone else has complained about, I guess I moved out before they came there.
