My husband and i moved into a 2-bed 2-bath unit a couple months ago, and overall we're pretty satisfied. Though the construction of these apartments isn't what i'd call top-notch, the layout is great, and maintenance has been very quick to respond to any problems we've had. Noise from upstairs apartments, out in the hallways, and at the pool is a bit annoying, but that's our only complaint so far. The management staff has been superb, and we think the perks (washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, workout room, clubroom w/ TV and free snacks, good-sized pool) far outweigh any of the downsides. Even if the rent goes up next year, which it likely will.

Just give it time..,you will see another side to this place...,that is, UNLESS,as I suspect, this review is written by the MANAGEMENT OF THE PROPERTY !!!!

Nope, this is not the management, I swear. We've been here for over a year now, and I have a feeling your satisfaction depends greatly on which part of the building you live in. The bloom is definitely off the rose--our rent went up quite a bit this year--but we've still had good response from maintainence, and no safety issues (though we live on the upper floor). I agree that they charge too much, but on the whole, it's the metro accessable location and the ample cabinet and closet space that keep us satisfied here.
