Where to begin' This is by far the WORST place we have ever lived. We get the continual pleasure of paying $2,000 a month to live in an apartment that is unsafe (we have had multiple attempted breakins), poorly constructed, and managed by people who simply could care less whether or not their tenants are safe and happy. When the manager of the property isn't surprised or the least bit alarmed when you tell them you have called the police regarding an attempted break-in, it's time to pack it up and move. Maintenance is good about repairing things IF they are actually notified by the manager. The gym, apartment layout, W/D in the apartments are far outweighed by the complete disregard to human safety and health. You can't even throw away your trash if the trash rooms are full for fear of a fine of $50 per bag of trash (and they are full because the compactor doesn't work). Don't let the nice facade fool you. This Bozzuto property is unquestionably bad.
