The only positive comment; it's close to the metro and shopping. Security is a joke, security gates are more like screen doors that do not work. The Montgomery at Wheaton tries to be an upscale complex, but falls way short in every category except their overpricing. Parking garage is convenient, but the catch is it s dirty and covered with pigeon droppings, prone to vandalism and the cost to park where you live is outrageous and increases continuously. Poor construction and maintenance, dirty hallways and trash rooms, trash compactor only works part of the time and then management threatens you for improper trash disposal. If your looking for privacy, beware maintenance and/or management will enter you apartment at anytime without notice or prior approval. If you have a complaint good luck getting resolution, management is not concerned about customer service or tenant relations, as your complaint will go un-noticed and will be discarded as not important. To be direct the management at this complex, just do not care and have no concern about the tenants. Suggest you save your money and live elsewhere; it is not worth the agony to live at the Montgomery at Wheaton apartments.
