I loved my apartment. It was small and expensive, but I picked it and I was happy with it. I thought management was great. There is maintanence on property 24/7 and the maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. The neighborhood is questionable and a high crime area. I didn't know that when I moved in because I was new to the area. However, I felt relatively safe walking my dog behind the building. It is not management's fault if tenants keep leaving the gates open. I believe many of the issues described in other reviews are tenant related or out of management control. You get what you pay for. The convenience of being right on top of the Metro station can't be beat. I was on the top floor so I don't know what it was like having an apartment above, but I never heard anything from my next door neighbors.
