I have lived at the Montgomery for about 1.5 years and I have mixed feelings. I pay 1395 for the smallest 1 bedroom and that includes parking. I can't say that is worth the money but when I compare it with all the older apartments that are charging about 1000 to 1300 it still seems like a reasonably good deal. The new managment has responded to some of the requests and problems. They seem to be more on top of keeping the garbage rooms clean, they have replaced the computers in the business center, the power washed the stairs - thought they seemed to miss the stairs off of the visitor parking area. They have a concierge that stays late in the evening. I do agree that the place is not constructed well and some of my maintenance request took a while but when my ac did not work and my heat did not work it was fixed with 24 hours. Honestly I don't think the quality of some of the people that live here is that great. I don't mean to sound like a snob but I think they may have section 8 people moving in. As far at the cost all the rents in this area are outrageous and none of us are getting what we pay for. People pay over 300,000 to but condos the size of my small apartment. I will looks elsewhere when my lease expires in may but if I don't see anything else I will be comfortable staying at the montgomery

Interesting that the further along we get, the more "TRUTHFUL" tenants are exspressing opposite oppinions to yours..? One must ask,you really are mngt, are you not?? B*llsh*t !!! As clear as day, this is posted by someone affiliated with the Mngmt.
