You pay over $2,000 a month (when you add in parking at $85/space) and there are rats in the building. they scurry about on the second floor.

There have been gang tags on the building, couple that with the constantly broken exterior door so anyone can enter the building at any time. Managaments response to this security threat "Well come on, gangs are everywhere it's not a big deal."

The "service requests responded to in 24 hrs guarenteed" means nothing if they dont do it (and they don't, it takes a few days for in apartment requets) then you get nothing so there is no guarentee.

Requets to fix community property that are broken/damaged go on for months with no response from management other than "yes we know it's a problem." they have no vested interest in the cleanliness of the building or safety of the residents.

I AGREE !!!! Sad part is, we are not allowed to voice an oppinion or complain, lest management retaliates..,this is fact!! That PSYCHO B*TCH, J*nn*f*r , is allowed to yell at, belittle.., whatever and how ever she decides to do in dealing with residents AND EMPLOYEES alike.Calling the Corporate Office..,(Dwayne)illuminates the sad fact that this is apparently company policy and typical procedure....,MY THOUGHTS.., This is NOT ANY WAY to be treated.., and especially at what we pay. HEY ARCHSTONE..,You WILL get your come uppence!!PROMISE!!

I Agree with the response above. I have seen Jennifer get "ghetto" and loud. She thinks she is such a tough -----, but she really isn't. This complex has really changed, for the worse!!
