Years at this apartment: 1990 - 1998
 
Poor Mangement Drug Dealers Children Outside at all times of the night lots of noise from neighbooring aparments crime and a banner outside for winning an award from a great communinty(trying to lure ppl in with legal false advertising) which it was probably awarded a good 15-20 years ago seeing that things have gotten worse not better
