Lived here for 20 years. The property is kept clean. The staff is friendly and makes sure that your concerns are taken care of in a timely manner. They will take out your trash, pick up your mail, water your plants etc. if asked. They are maiking a lot of changes; painting, new lighting, access control, etc. The only downside is the price of the rent has changed considerably.
All in all the the place is a great community!
