DO NOT move in here unless you like bed bugs...my mother-in-law moved in, in March 2007, she was out within 2 or 3 weeks, she went to the hospital to get treated, as of today, she still has bed bug bites (months later).
They expected her to live in the apartment throughout the full 3 week extermination process. YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME'! Would you live in an apartment for 3 weeks full of bed bugs and go through extermination'! You have to move all your furniture for extermination and you can not live like that!
Management claimed to have had a clean and sanitary apartment for her when she moved in, what a LIE.
Management is horrible, they NEVER pick up the phone, the are hardley open when they say they are, especially on Saturday's.
They are probably out @ some all you can eat buffet.
Management decided NOT to cover the cost of replacing 2 mattress sets which were entirely ruined by the bed bugs.
They refused to cover her MEDICAL costs, refused to cover the moving expenses, both moving in and out.
The ONLY thing they did was let her out of her lease...
On top of all of this, the apartment next door also have bed bugs...they had to entirely replace all their furniture...
