I completely agree that the manager Tricia is very rude and works out things for her own interest. She doesn t care about the tenants. If anything gets done it s because the maintenance crew stays on top of things. The apartments are reasonable but we got bed bugs that came from other apartments. They don t fumigate so we had to do that on our own. Also, they are very picky about what you place in your balcony. They want it always to be clear. The water is always shut down every once in a while. They say its part of maintenance but I think is what they do on purpose to save money. I wouldn t recommend it at all; unless there was a change in management. If Tricia doesn t like you, she will make your life miserable. She will get you evicted! So, as long as you can deal with people like her, things are okay. Other than that, I would suggest you find a place where you can trust management and be treated with high quality as a tenant. This is what as tenants we deserve!
