Management is horrible. Maintenence requests are never completed;they dont respond in a timely fashion if they respond at all. there is an infestation of mice that has not been addressed. I was told I was the only resident complaining about the problem I found this to be untrue in talking to my neighbors. Roof leaks, torn screens if they have them, warm running ac units, and wiring issues to name a few. Not to mention the breaking into vehicles! Do not move here it is horrible and not worth the head ache!

The are not as bad as stated you might just have a issue with them. I dont have mice nor do I even have a roach in my unit the staff is only made up of two people and sometimes they have to split time between properties I think that Sue does the best she can with what little bit of help she has. Maintenance comes as fast as possible they two consist of only three people. I will be moving in October but I feel all in all its as good as it gets for a bedroom with a washer and dryer privacy
