Great Place to Live - I have lived at the Archstone for about 2 years. While the rent is high, it is a great place to live. The apartments are nice and rarely do you hear your neighbors. What really makes it great is the office staff. They are unbelievably helpful and have gone out of their way more than once to assist me. We leased our apartment for a year, before purchasing a home in Washington, DC. Now, I have to admit that the first 8 to 10 months were WONDERFUL!! i love it!!! is the perfect community are very clean, no cockroaches or rats, the maintenance is very good if you call to change a light they send someone to fix it in minutes is the perfect place to live I have three years with them and i do recommend just that is very expensive.

complex from hell Pls don't move here, no security, no insllation between floor can here people above walking, gangs of kids running around saying vulgaar things, loud music. Office personnel don't care all want is money. Toys and bicycles left along stairs on property. Kids

Don't move there I agree with all the reviews,my family moved to the complex in aug 2007. We are not happy with apartment and the leasing officeFor example:
the doors are too short
Smell what other tenants are cooking
The grounds are fill with trash
Cracks in the walls
The rent goes up

Mixed Feelings Brand new building--> very wonderful management staff....However, there are people in this building that dont know how to act when they get luxury...can we say the --- people in the building that use up the computer room & gym at night and day. Its obvious people dont have jobs
