Mixed Feelings Brand new building--> very wonderful management staff....However, there are people in this building that dont know how to act when they get luxury...can we say the --- people in the building that use up the computer room & gym at night and day. Its obvious people dont have jobs

RATS and have a new born baby in the house! Among the 5 tenants who have had rats they have seen inside their apartments. My wife and I have a new born baby in our townhouse and their are rats crawling and fighting in the heating and a.c. duct work! they said their is nothing they can do about it

Badly Overpriced, Outrageous Utility Bills Live here if you want to give all of your money to Archstone. Rent is expensive enough, the utilities are even higher since the building's poor construction allows the heat and air conditioning to escape. Probably the worst place for your money
