This is not a safe community by any means.
Quiet by day, interesting by night to say the least.
The local police are quite aware of the poor management, incapable of managing this property at all.
The lack of professional, managerial skills, poor maintenance for this area gets a BIG "0" rating. Consolidated Equities Corporation and the Apartments at Franklin Square and the Edgewood Management/Rosedale Garden Apartments must be a cover up for something else. There virtually is no management.
