I have been living here for some time, and cant wait until my lease is up to move! I live in a twonhouse, and i asked about having my kitchen redone due to the cabinets peeling apart and the floor being horrible and never heard a reply back from the new office manager. Let alone that I have children, and they have no where to play. They cant play with balls, they are not aloud to use sidewalk chalk on the property. They cant leave bikes outside on the patio. Ther eis no play area. If in anycase they should have made this a retirement community, not a community for families. Let alone I live in a Townhouse and we are not aloud to grill! HHHHMMMMM! I lived at Charlesmont Town & Country for a few years befor emoving here, and i could have a grill. On top of that the management was wonderful and they fixed things in a timely manner. My children had a play ground, and they could use sidewalk chalk. Franklin Square is aweful, and they send you letters all the time in regards to breech of contract. In a way it is like they want you to do wrong so they can get rid of you and keep your security deposit. Also I would not recommend living here if you want to live in a concentration camp! Kids are kids they need room to play! Carmen is the manager and she is the WORST EVER!Besides i am a family of three, and guess what my Water bill is like 55.00 a month, and i still have to pay for a washer and dryer! What is up with that!
