There are many things I could say about living at Southfield, but these are my biggest issues:

The walls are paper thin and very poorly insulated. Cold air had poured into our apartment through every crevice all winter. Our neighbors are very loud and obnoxious, and we rarely get a decent night's sleep or can even relax in peace because they have no common courtesy.

The kids in the complex have absolutely no adult supervision and run around like wild animals. One child entertains himself by opening our front door and peaking inside. I have also seen him walk on to our patio and peer though our sliding glass door. Another teenager has frequent parties in the entry way to our building. 10-20 kids gather to drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes, and generally be disruptive until the wee hours of the morning.

Do not move here unless you want to parent other people's kids or deal with the adults who don't behave much better than childrem themselves.
