I have lived in the complex for over 3 years, and there are some things I really like, such as the location, however I think there are better options available for the price. For about $1000 a month, I should not have to deal with windows that leak air terribly in the winter, requiring me to cover them with plastic to help cut down on the drafts and keep my electric bill lower. It also seems like many of the amenities within the apartment are outdated, however I ahve noticed maintenance replacing appliances when people move out--how about replacing them for those of us who have been loyal and lived here for a while''

I have never been fond of the staff, except one maintenance manager who left early on in my time here. They seem intrusive and not extremely helpful, including placing blame on me when there was a major maintenance issue which they needed to address (which took almost 2 weeks!) and stating that they couldn't give me a break on a month's rent because "they had to incur expenses too"--isn't that what happens when you manage an apartment complex and something needs to be repaired'' Very frustrating...

Perhaps the best thing about the complex (and primary reason I continue to stay here) is they are very pet-friendly, taking dogs of all sizes. They have a fenced in "pet exercise area" with bags for cleaning up after your pet, which is quite helpful when you live in an apartment with a larger, active dog. They could do a better job of keeping it stocked/emptying the trash and maintaining the area, which can become a mud pit during rain or snow.
