I have lived here for the past 2 years and my roommate and I are pretty pleased with our experience here. The office staff (particularly Chiquita) is very friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait too long for maintenance issues. Noise usually isn't a problem...from time to time you'll get a thud from the neighbors upstairs or the floor may rumble, but for the most part I do not hear my neighbors. The community is very clean and well kept--nice pool, decent fitness center. 2BR/2BA is great for rommates...it's so hard to find a nice apartment with two nearly equal sized bedrooms,plus we each have our own bathrooms attached which is a MAJOR bonus. The location is great...near 695 and 95, a jump away from Whitemarsh Mall and shopping, groceries restaurants are all in abundance. My only complaints:

1. We seem to have some issues with ants once the weather gets warm
2. The washer and dryer are very small and our dryer isn't very good--we normally need to do atleast 1.5-2 full dry cycles before our clothes are actually dry, which can't be good for our BGE bill

All in all, a good place to live but honestly you could find something less expensive in the area, but maybe not which the dual master suites and 2 bathrooms. If you can afford it, go for it...it's not too expensive (we currently pay $1089/month w/the teacher's discount), but if you really look, you could find something in the area for less.
