Increased fees and unauthorized billings

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I had rented an apartment at Springfield Apartments for 2 years 2004-2006. I renwed my lease in 2006 and then purchased a house, I submitted a letter to terminate my lease 60 days before I was to move out. I did a final walk through on 06/19 and the only item that was documented on that form was living room carpet damaged, nothing else. I contacted the office several time in July regarding my security deposit, no return calls, the rental agent that was there for almost 2 months had quit and my security depoit was not taken care of. A rental agent that works at another office has filled in and submitted my request for refund, I was then informed that I would be billed $94.50 for 2 bedrooms that had to have the carpet cleaned, this was never on my move out form. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General regarding this matter. I have also attempted to contact the rental company Atlantis Mangement with no success and I can not get anywhere because they will not let me speak to any Director or President of the company. These apartments are a complete rip off, they raise the rent, increase water/sewer w/o a 30 day notice. You can not get anyone to fix problems in the apartment, I went 1 week w/o my washer. I would not recommend these apartments or staff to deal with.
