Very Nice For The Money

We lived there 4 years, 2004-2008. The property is nice and well kept; even though this was an obvious challenge for the staff. There were alot of single mothers with small unruly kids when we were there; constantly making messes on the grounds and hallways etc. The buildings were cleaned multiple times per week, despite this they were sometimes dirty.
For the most part I would recommend this property. The apartments are very nice and spacious. 90% of the tenants there are working, middle class / professional people, there are a few that seemed to have never worked in the 4 years we were there, but I suppose you will have this anywhere. But all in all, for the money and the area, you can't beat it!
