Its the same old story: You like a place, you move in, all is well and then the property changes hands, management gets replaced and everyone else quits or gets fired. Since I've lived here there have been 3 or more property managers, 3 or more complete maintenance teams and so on. Everytime someone good comes in, they are gone and often we as residents are left with NO ONE to even call. It was good, now its horrible. The buildings are dirty, things stay broken (including the controlled access front doors), leaks, mold, etc. There is not enough space on this site to go on and list details. Just know its relatively safe and you could get some really good neighbors and if that is all you want, then this could work for you.
