I was searching for an apartment and cedar gardens fit my qualifications until i went to the office and asked for some information. The ladies in the office acted like i was inconveniencing them by asking to show the apartment. plus they said even though their office is open until 6, they stop showing at 5 so she didnt want to show me the model. Once I was ready to apply and find an apartment to reserve, they didnt want to show me the actual apartment! I am not stupid and am not going to sign a 1 year lease for ana apartment Ive never seen! they were very unprofessional, rude, and not helpful at all. dont be fooled by the model apartment looking nice, ask to see the aprtment you'll be moving into before you sign the lease.

I agree that there is actually only one person there that is genuinly nice and helpful. But I was very pleased with the place we have and was able to see it before moving in.

Allow me to apologize for your experience, and although we are open until 06:00pm, we do stop showing apartments at 05:30pm, but not 05:00pm. I would love to know which consultant you visited, and made you feel this way; I would love to speak with that individual. In addition, for the person who made the kind comment about the pleased experience you had, I would like to know which consultant that was as well, so that I can deliver your comment to them. from Fidelis.as a potential resident,i had a terrible experience at ceder gardens earlier this month.I spoke to a gentle man over the phone from customer service who was very very helpful after attempting to reach the leasing office directly with no success.this gentle whose name i forgot to ask gave me lots of helpful info about getting an aprtment at ceder gardens.unfortunately, the customer service i received when i got to the leasing office was the complete opposite of what i had on the phone.first of all this ------- American lady sitting at the very entrance into the office was very very rude and seemed disinterested in helping me.i was very dissapointed and had to go to liberty place apart where i received better service.
