IT was SCARY living in the CEDARS

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1998
 
I hated living here. It was dark, damp and haunted looking. The only thing that was great was the spacious rooms.

The plumbing was horrid. Each time I took a shower, the water would rise near my calves.

I didn't like living there at all.

The entire neighborhood is scary.
