I VISITED THE CEDAR TOWERS ON TUESDAY 03-11-08 AND UPON ARRIVAL I NOTICED THE QUIET ENVIRONMENT AND THE NICE POOL THAT WAS BIENG MAINTAINED AND THE RECREATIONAL CENTER ADJACENT TO THE TOWERS. I HAD A WALK THROUGH IN A ONE BED ROOM APT. I APPRECIATE THE UPGRADES, I BELIEVE THEY MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE, I ENJOYED THE CONSULTANTS HONESTY AND THE WAY SHE EXPLAINED EVERY THING TO ME IN DETAIL. I ALSO ENJOYED THE SLEEK MODERN LOOK THAT THE PROPERTY IS TRYING TO PORTRAY, OVERALL I FEEL THAT MY LIVING EXPERIENCE HERE WILL BE A MEMORABLE AND VERY RELAXED AND ENJOYABLE ONE....THIS WILL BE MY FIRST INDEPENDENT LIVING EXPERIENCE..I TOTALY LOOK FORWARD TO IT. First of all, it is people like you who look at the facade and are fooled, admittedly just like I was. Of course I think that this site is reserved for people who have ACTUALLY lived in the building to be able to effectively give an HONEST rating. You doing a walk through in the middle of the day when people are at work is not just cause to give it such a good rating. The pool is crumbling - had you taken a closer look. The upgrades are cosmetic - but it doesnt help alleviate any of the noise from your neighbors or keep the water running during the day or the fact that you can't get maintenance to fix your problem right the first time (if they come at all). Try coming to the building after the sun goes down and see all the hoodlums hanging around waiting to get let up in the elevator or how dark it is when you arrive at the complex. Tell me how safe you will feel then? Please do not take this as a personal attack but I think that you should come back to this site after you have lived here for some time and then see if you feel the same way about your "wonderful home and management"..

pool being mantained in the winter i don't think so just when i think that i am ready to make up my mind about looking in to this place to live i read a review like that sounds like an employee tring to conter the negative reviwes sometimes you can over sell a product and lose a costermer when you sometimes had them at hello office staff let it go you are going get some bad reviews but you are also going get some good ones step back and let the people decide for them selfs good bye a use to be interrested apt. shopper
