I am one of a handful of residents that have lived at the Cedar Towers for over ten years. In that time, we have seen the conditions of this building become deplorable. The diminishing living conditions have caused many of use to abandon a place where we once were proud to call home. This was the state of existence until September 2007, when the Berkshire Group acquired ownership.

In an unprecedented act, the new owners allocated three million dollars to improve and enhance the living conditions. This is more than the previous owners invested over several years. The renovations have been extensive, with expected inconvenient. The improvements have been a tremendous relief and reward to those that have patiently awaited a positive change.

Those that have Negative Reviews about the Cedars are really just Negative People that can not see any thing positive in any situation. If the conditions are that bad, why are you living here'
