I have been here for three years and recently had my apartment renovated and I love it especially the ice maker. I think this company is doing the best they can to try and make this a better place to live. From my understanding of the letter, that was a BGE gas problem not the apartment complex. There is no way a real parent who claims to cook breakfast for their kids don't have no cereal, or oatmeal thats just bull. They took out my whole kitchen and bathroom completely changed pipes and everything I watched so you can't say thats not a renovation thats not worth the little $15.00 increase I got. Yes at first I did not like the fact that the water was shut off once every other week, but after my place was done I understood, and then I thought about it, from 10-4 most people are at work so it doesn't disturb much, its not like they don't let us know in advance. Every place I lived in Baltimore County they never had security so why do people expect it here, and those places were a lot more expensive. I say they should keep up the good work, and I hope when they are done it will look like they say.
