F**king annoying water is always turned off every other week for renovations. However, when it returns its brown.

They promote several amenities I have yet to discover such as

* Pool-yes
* Playground-no
* Spa-no
* Laundry-yes< when it mess up resident must contact the washer/dryer company
* Concierge-lady talking on phone or on the internet...if that define concierge
* Package Receiving-yes
* Short Term Lease-IDK
* On-site Management-Semi professional
* Storage Space-They never mention it
* Fitness Center-No not at all
* On-site Maintenance-Yeah if you can find them
* Sundeck-no
* Elevator-Yes busted but yes
* High Speed Internet Available-Comcast
* Near Public Transit-Maryland Transit (MTA)
* 24-Hour Availability-They have posted new hours ...
* Controlled Access-No
* Sports Courts-You have to pay extra to get in, but they claim it as their amenities.

Folks please be aware that just because it glitters doesn't mean its gold...
The only outstanding thing about this community, the residents. They help make it all better.

I looked at Cedar Towers last month and there was a nice, small gym with a couple of nice treadmills, at the very least. And a large TV.
