First I would like to state that overall for the price you can't beat it. But there are some issues. Mice for one. If you can live with them running around and leaving droppings all over your house then this is the place for you. I have had over 10 requests for exterminations to no avail. Maintenance and staff are friendly but do not respond as quick as they could. Walls are so thin you can inhale cigarette smoke from your next door neighbor. Parking can be really bad if you come home after 8:00 pm. Trash dumps are ALWAYS overflowing with garbage and other things. Someone was murdered right within the community. Cars were vandalized and helicopters are always flying overhead with there spotlights. But again if you can deal with that and are not looking to spend a lot of money....Go for it! But I wouldn't.

Mice were an issue at our place too. 2 weeks after moving, a guy was murdered by our doorstep. Helicopters ALWAYS flying around... hated it there.

I have been living here for two years this month and I wish that I never renewed my lease. Last night I caught five mice in my house, two were stuck on one trap, that is just so nasty. The day morning before that the mice had ate through the bread that was sitting on the microwave stand. I hate the fact that I pay $800.00 a month to live in a house that I dont feel comfortable in. If I would have know that I would be living with mice, I would have asked them to slpit the rent with me. I wish that I could find a way to get out of my lease a.s.ap.
